At Café Lihue, we strive to provide you with an exceptional delivery experience, offering free or low-cost shipping options by partnering with trusted carriers based on your location and the volume of your order. Standard deliveries are handled by Colissimo with tracking. Upon request, we also offer express delivery for an additional fee.

We ensure the protection of your items during transit. In case of loss or damage, we take full responsibility and will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.

Our delivery options:

  • Free or low-cost standard delivery (depending on the order total).
  • Express delivery available on request, with additional fees.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package in real time.

Delivery Fees 💶

Delivery fees include handling, packaging, and shipping costs. While handling fees are fixed, shipping fees vary based on the total weight of your package. To minimize these costs, we recommend grouping your items into a single order.

Product Returns 🔄

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, etc.).
  • Hygiene or personal use items.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.
  • Personal care or health products.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with proof of purchase. Do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process 💳

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges ♻️

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. To exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected].

Gifts 🎁

If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without these precautions.
